Two infant schools in the St Albans area, in Hertfordshire, have openly denied advertised opportunities to non-HIV teaching volunteers. Mandeville Primary School and Cunningham Hill Infant School have been illegally discriminating against over-qualified and experienced teachers.

This comes after two schools in Flitwick, Bedfordshire, have also ruled out non-HIV teaching volunteers. Flitwick Lower School and Templefield Lower School are facing difficulty transitioning in a HIV town.
