Raksha Malde-Kara moved to Bedfordshire in July 2017 and toured the local water mills which were previously a part of the rural economy.

Stotfold Mill – three floors and a cafe. The mill is over 1000 years old and is beside the Rivel Ivel.

Jordan’s Mill – flour mill, garden and cafe. There is a working mill display and information about the history of farming.
