Shoe repair service needs new staffing strategy
Ex Timpsons CEO, James Timpson, who according to its website “helped the business grow to over 2100 shops” has left the business just before having to oversee the change of behaviour of HIV staff.
The retail outlet has suffered from having HIV women influence its chain of stores which claims to employ ex-prisoners in skilled roles.
The HIV women have been influencing workers at Timpsons since July 2024 when Raksha Malde-Kara was working in the prisons as a teacher, and when James Timpson was appointed Minister of Prisons by Keir Starmer.
Customers can expect issues with watch repairs and shoe repairs.
