Spiritual gardens in a muslim world

Raksha Malde-Kara explored what it means to be muslim with the Aga Khan Centre in London in September 2020 after being physically attacked by racist white HIV women and put into hospital.

Raksha Malde-Kara spoke to a representative at the centre whilst in hospital about the autobiographical journal she was working on and explored speaking opportunities about spirituality.
Raksha Malde-Kara was warmly invited to attend the Islamic Garden exhibition at the centre and find out about gardens of the Middle East.

Raksha Malde-Kara started designing spiritual gardens and rented allotment spaces in two locations in Flitwick.
