Raksha Malde-Kara moved into her home in Petley Close in December 2017 and started hearing her elderly neighbour below, Paul, having strange sex with a woman.

He has continued having visits from different women over the years and they sometimes lay in bed together in the morning after having sex all night.

Last year Raksha heard him scrubbing his bedroom floor all night after a violent incident with a woman.

Paul has recently poisoned Raksha Malde-Kara when she asked him for tap water.
